Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

Your hand crafted pieces will be shipped out to you within 3-5 days. Remember, you will be receiving handcrafted jewelry, and your order will be made special just for you. Large orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the style of the piece or the availability of materials. If your order contains both one of a kind and custom made pieces, your order will ship when all items are complete. I will create the designs on a first come, first served basis.


US Shipping & Handling

Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Minimum shipping charges will be $8.95. Minimum Express US Orders will be $18.95. Prices will vary based on delivery address and package weight. We will do our best to ship as inexpensively as possible.

Standard orders ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and shipping times vary by location. Express orders ship via US Postal Service Express Mail and typically take 1 to 2 business days.


International Shipping & Handling

Divine Dangles currently ships to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, and Mexico; for all other countries, please send us an email for shipping options prior to placing your order.

Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Minimum charge for International shipping is $16.95. Orders ship via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail and shipping times vary by location. Please note customers are responsible for paying any Customs, VAT charges, and import duties at the time of delivery. Divine Dangles cannot determine these fees for you in advance. For more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.


FREE Shipping!

There are a couple of ways to receive FREE Standard Shipping:

* ORDER TOTAL: All US orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) of $75.00 or more receive FREE standard shipping.

* COUPONS: From time-to-time, our newsletter subscribers will receive coupons for free shipping.


Rush Orders:

If you require rush delivery on any custom order please send me an email or let me know in the comments section when you place your order. I will contact you with an estimated completion date. Please note - selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not guarantee overnight delivery of custom made pieces. Each piece is made by hand and requires enough time for completion.


Delays

In the unlikely event that there will be a delay in shipping, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct email address and / or telephone number.



Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund or exchange on any items (except clearance merchandise ) within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please email me at info@divinedangles.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Merchandise must have an RMA in order for it to be returned. Sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.

When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Please let me know the reason for your return -- I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers.

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please use insurance on your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to track your return. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.



Repairs

If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair. Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email me with your problem and I will quote you whether there will be a repair fee.



Crediting Your Returns

I will refund your credit card once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for the credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
